Media Plexus have developed the MobLibrary, a web-based, cross-platform, 100% pure Java library for management of generic mobile phones, based on CommAPI and generic Nokia/Siemens AT commands set.
This library represents Java API for operations with mobile devices connected to computer. Its purpose is to be used as a base layer for a wide range of applications: from client tools for personal usage to a large server applications on enterprise scope.
Implemented features are based on ETSI GSM standards and technical specifications (07.07, 07.05), with fully adhere to Nokia and Siemens documentation on SmartMessaging.
